Digivisio - Assessment (1 ECTS)
This pedagogical training focused on providing ideas and tools for assessing learning and understanding the significance of assessment as part of one's work and support for learning. Concluded in May 2025.
Guidance in LUT (1 ECTS)
The focus of this pedagogical training was (a) to know and understand what guidance and counselling are / cover in the university context; (b) to be familiar with the services that LUT provides for students and staff; and (c) to understand their own role and responsibilities in the field of guidance. Concluded in June 2025.
Open Intro prelude to insightful teaching (1 ECTS)
This pedagogical training focused on learning from the basics about teaching activities, methods, and philosophy, as well as from the perspective of a colleague whom we interviewed at the end of the course. Concluded in October 2025.
Assessment and Demonstration of Teaching Competence (Teaching Portfolio) (2 ECTS)
This pedagogical training focuses on (a) make and maintain a teaching portfolio; (b) utilize the teaching portfolio in applying for a teaching position; (c) outline your own teaching skills and mindset; and (d) evaluate your teaching competence and development targets. Concluded in December 2025.
Digivisio - Learning design and guidance (3 ECTS)
The aim of this course is to promote new ways of designing and implementing studies in a learner-oriented manner that is of high pedagogical quality and guide us to understand the importance of scriptwriting and get tips for producing a high-quality learning experience. Concluded in December 2025.
Supervising doctoral studies and dissertation (3 ECTS)
This pedagogical training focuses on developing (a) conceiving supervision tasks as a whole; (b) exploiting existing tools and supporting departments in supervision; and (c) evaluating and developing your own work as a supervisor. Concluded in December 2025.
