Period of six months as a visiting student at HEC Montréal, Canada. PhD thesis entitled "Fake News on Social Media Platforms in the Context of Rumor Theory: The Case of Covid-19". PhD thesis approved with distinction.

Dissertation entitled "Analysis of the Evolution of Mortality Rates of Children Up to one-year-old Residing in the State of Rio Grande do Sul".

Master's thesis entitled "Analysis of Mortality Rates per Work Accidents in the Southern Region of Brazil".

Main duties: lead the design, execution, analysis, and writing of scientific studies; publish in peer-reviewed journals; present research at conferences; contribute to writing and securing research grants; supervise PhD and MSc students; collaborate with external partners; teaching courses and related academic duties; and manage DPS-Lab resources (LUMI and GitHub) and coordinate DPS-Lab activities and seminars. Non-tenure track position.
